Very interesting and as usual entertaining read! But I am left still wondering what Irish delicacies you enjoyed at the Clink dinner?

See the menu, second photo in the post. It was quite tasty, though Gabe and I had to pass on some of the drinks or we would've been forced to stay at the Liberty that night due to drunkenness.

I remember buzzy’s roast beef! Did you come across what year it closed? I was in law school when Charles St opened. It was definitely the place to go… ahh, the memories!

Hi, stranger! Differing accounts, sometime between 2002-2006. The Liberty opened in 2007 after several years of construction.
